"Color: deep; Nose: complex; Acidity: crisp; Sweetness: dry; Body: medium-bodied; Finish: medium; Opened the bottle about 30 minutes before dinner. Served at about 55?. As dinner went on and the wine warmed and aired out the flavor improved along with the nose.
