Tasting Notes:
tasted: September 1, 2008 , from a member
4 stars "Color: deep; Nose: complex; Aromas: dried fruit; Acidity: supple; Sweetness: dry; Body: firm; Finish: persistent; Overall: well balanced; This wine went well with an applewood cheddar smoked cheese. Also tried it with the aged cheddar, was good but not as good as the applewood. Main course was gyros roast, a combination of lamb and steak. Excellent with the meal."
