"Color: bright; Nose: fragrant; Aromas: red berry; Acidity: green; Sweetness: dry; Body: light-bodied; Finish: medium; Overall: slighly unbalanced; This was an odd one. It started with a wonderful fruity bouquet and went down from there. From Duboeuf, a merchant blender not necessarily known for quality over quantity, and it showed here. By itself, it was a bit weak and watery but still had a tannic bite. Maybe a trace of minerals here but hard to tell. It matched up with some pepper chicken pretty well tho, in spite of the spicy nature of the chicken. I won't try this one again, but I will try others from this region."
