Tasting Notes:
rated: August 1, 2007 , Robert Parker
93 points "The 2005 Fracture, which is virtually all Syrah, is even better than the Vertigo, more structured, with even more fruit and intensity and long, heady blackberry and cassis flavors intermixed with some crushed rock and floral notes. It should drink nicely for a decade. 2005 marks the debut vintage of Booker Wines, which is a 40-acre vineyard just to the west of Highway 101 on a beautiful hillside not far from the L’Aventure winery. The wines are made by Justin Smith at Saxum, and that no doubt explains their impeccable quality out of the gate. " Best 2007-2017
