"Yes, your eyes did not deceive you -- that's a Napa Valley Grigio. Normally, you don't think of this cooler-climate grape prospering very well in the furnace we know as Napa. But this one has its high points. It's dry and crisp, with weight in the mouth from half the juice fermented in French oak, half in stainless steel. The wood is well integrated, and it still has the acidity and minerality to make it fresh and complex. Alcohol is 14.1 percent. This one would make the wine geek at the table roll his eyes, wondering what it is."
