"Color: dark; Nose: discreet; Aromas: spicy, woody, red berry, black berry; Acidity: supple; Sweetness: dry; Body: tannic; Finish: medium; Overall: rich; very pleasant as a stand alone if a little tannic. Excellent with a Gamey/Oily meal. We paired with a Roo Roast and a warm vegetable salad."
