"The Cuvee des Genets, is aged almost completely in tank and is easy to get to know much earlier than most Savennieres that are produced. This wine consists of 100% Chenin Blanc, aged for 18 months - 90% in tanks and 10% in oak. The wine is redolent of acacia honey, butter, and almonds, with a mineral backbone that is classic Savennieres. Drink now and over the next 8+ years. "
