2.5 stars "Color: pale; Nose: fragrant; Aromas: red berry; Acidity: lively; Sweetness: medium dry; Body: firm; Finish: medium; Overall: bold; sweet with fruit and oak with some earthiness and a little "Bite". Would have done better with some age"

90 points "Tasting note: Reduction knocks down the nose but there is really lovely texture to the velvety middle weight flavors that enjoy fine mid-palate concentration, all wrapped in a sappy and mouth coating finish. This is an excellent villages that should repay well 6 to 8 years of cellar time and certainly merits a look." Best 2017-2030
