"Produced from 100% Nebbiolo from the Gattinara DOCG in Piedmont Italy. Following traditional red fermentation, the wine is aged for one year in French oak barriques, followed by 18 months in Slovenian oak casks and six months in bottle.
Deep ruby red with garnet reflections, aromas of red fruit, blackberry, plum and licorice with hints of vanilla and leather, it is full bodied, with intense flavors of cherry, raspberry and spice culminating in a long and smooth finish with a balanced alcohol level of 13%
