"This wine has signs of aging but still with a slightly opaque appearance and a good depth of colour. Scents of sweet black berry fruits, chocolate, shoe leather, overripe banana, molasses sugar and a predominance of sweet blackcurrant. Flavours of plumy berry fruits, marshmallow, ripe pineapple, guava and strong sweet blackcurrant with a good balance of tannin and acidity. Not a big bodied wine but one of silky complexities. Medium length and definite room to improve. Excellent."

"This shows wonderful floral and ripe fruit aromas. Medium- to full-bodied, with refined tannins and a long, refreshing finish. Very refined and long. A pretty thing. Superclean. Best after 2007."
