"The 2005 Holly’s Cuvee Neely is a selection of the proprietors’ favorite blocks of the vineyard. In this case, the wine represents 74% production from the Bee Vineyard, 12% from the Ampitheater, and 14% from the Home Vineyard. It boasts the most minerality of any of the wines. It seems more restrained and lighter, but in the mouth it is a big wine, just more backward and austere. It is a gorgeous, steely style of Chardonnay that should drink nicely for up to a decade.
