"In comparison with the Château La Vernède, richer mouthfeel and pronounced smokeyness... also less tanic. Lot's of fruit, smooth and easy drinking but could overpower a delicate dish. Medium bodied... little acidity. A good tastey grilling wine for the money... but maybe a little over the top, I think perhaps I like the La Vernède better."
