"Color: pale; Aromas: mineral, herbal, citrus fruit, tropical fruit; Sweetness: dry; Finish: very persistent; SB isn't my favorite varietal, but this one lived up to its reputation. Amazing all around. The perfect amount of acidity allows you to fully grasp the magnificent flavors of gooseberry all the way to a full-mouth conclusion. The finish is clean and fresh."
