"Color: deep; Nose: discreet; Aromas: black berry, dried fruit; Acidity: lively; Sweetness: dry; Body: full-bodied; Finish: persistent; Overall: rich; bit young, will be a monstor shortly. loved it. all the great berry flavours of a syrah with out the jaminess you get from the new world syrahs. "

"This wine is deep, dark, and meaty. The color is a swarthy violet-red with an bouquet of tart fruit and earth. What really got my complete attention most was the flavor which cut right through my palate, providing a good lesson in what the French call terroir - the soil and microclimate qualities that give a wine its local uniqueness. Distnctly bold, it is marked by powerful, penetrating wild cherry flavors accented by a smokey, leathery quality that lingers and satisfies."
