"The 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon, which is primarily from McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek, spent 6-8 months in a combination of French and American oak. Although somewhat monolithic, it reveals scents of tobacco leaves, black currants, and dusty, loamy earth. Some moderate tannins need to be resolved."
