"Color: bright; Nose: discreet; Aromas: mineral, tree fruit; Acidity: green; Sweetness: sweet; Body: medium-bodied; Finish: persistent; Overall: bold; Mild, pleasant apple peeling and mineral aromas. Taste is of an overpowering cold apple cider that grows instantly stronger from midpalate to finish. The almost bitter apple taste stays in the back roof of the mouth, making me want to find a peppermint. Far too strong of a taste for the mild sashimi. Not one to buy again. Or even to finish a full glass. I thought letting it breath a couple of hours would mellow it out, but it didn't help."
