"Color: bright; Sweetness: dry; Finish: persistent; Fully mature now, I think. Lovely dark cherry nose, plus initial vegetal scents - typical Burgundy. Excellent fruit with a firm backbone. Very good with lamb chops. Satisfying finish. Pity this is the last bottle as it's drinking very well."
