Tasting Notes:
tasted: January 21, 2007 , John Rovegno
2 stars "Color: deep; Nose: closed; Aromas: black berry; Acidity: flat; Sweetness: dry; Body: light-bodied; Finish: medium; Overall: weak; A blend of cinsault and carigan, this mild wine lacks complexity. The mouth is a thin, watery blackberry with a spike of alcohol in the middle. The finish is not long lasting with a shadow of a dryness. Best used as a basic red table wine or mulled wine (like we did!) though more economic table reds would work just as well." Best 2007-2008
