"I flipped for the 2005 Brouilly Domaine de Grand Croix, which sports a mouth-watering nose of candied red cherries and waxy blackberries. This medium to full-bodied wine bursts at the seams with black fruits, spices, and sweet cherries. Powerfully concentrated, it is satin-textured, hugely expressive, and reveals an immensely long, sumptuous finish. Drink it over the next 7-8 years."
