"Fantastic value isn't hard to find if you know where to look - in this case, it's the Southern Italian region of Puglia. A blend of two indigenous grapes - 85% Negroamaro, 15% Primitivo - this wine exudes the flavors of the south: dark, ripe stewed fruit, a hint of spice and brilliant acidity. And the price makes this one of the best values of the entire tasting! (Hint: think braised meats, grilled lamb or strong cheeses.)"
