Tasting Notes:

91 points "(includes 12% cabernet franc): Ruby-red. Aromas of cassis, licorice and minerals. Energetic but extremely bound-up, with vibrant, sexy red berry, spice and iron flavors framed by almost peppery acidity. Conveys a low-pH, rather low-alcohol impression for a Dalla Valle wine. 91-93 points"

98 points "The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon has been utterly majestic each and every time I have tasted it over the last six months. A towering, statuesque wine, the 2010 exudes tremendous power, richness and pure structure. Sweet spices, violets and graphite jump from the glass, followed by smoke-infused black cherries, plums and cassis. The 2010 is quite a bit darker and more virile than the 2009. Its hallmarks are energy, focus and breathtaking balance. A huge, mineral-drenched finish rounds things out in style. This is one of the great wines of a great year." Best 2018-2030
