"This is rich and flavoursome, and it is here that the cabernet sauvignon flavours of chocolate and cassis shine through and linger. Tannins are fine-grained and the oak adds structure and length as well as its distinctive spice and vanillin. this wine will continue to develop slowly and gracefully. It will become more complex soft and round as the years go by, and will be at its most attractive stage in about 2007-2010"
