"Serve at room temperature 16-24 ?C. now or cellar for the next 3-15 years with many different dishes such as char grilled salmon, roasted root vegetables, sweeter dishes such as veal, lamb, duck and goose. Also goes well with mild firm cheese, pasta dishes, cassoulets and traditional risottos. Serve after decanting as an older wine."
