"Color: dark; Nose: closed; Aromas: herbal, woody, red berry; Acidity: supple; Sweetness: medium dry; Body: medium-bodied; Finish: medium; Overall: well balanced; Well balanced flavors,dark plum red wine, slight finish of tannins but not at all overbearing. No one distinct or dominating flavor, flavors of red and dark berries, slight chocolaty and herbal hints. The wine balanced very well against the rich game of the roasted Roo and cleansed the slight oiliness of the warm vegetable salad. A light but pleasant finish."
