"Color: pale; Nose: fragrant; Aromas: sweet, citrus fruit, tropical fruit; Acidity: lively; Sweetness: dry; Body: light-bodied; Finish: medium; Overall: easy; Pale straw color. On the nose I noticed a very fruity almost Welches White Grape Juice aroma along with a hint of citrus. On the first sip I got apples and apricots on the front of the palate. A very creamy taste mid palate. This is a light bodied, easy drinking, almost no oak, dry chardonnay wine with an appropriate level of acidity . This paired exceptionally well with a spicy Jambalaya."
