"Bright straw colour with pale gold edges and pale straw hue. The nose is quite refined with scents of cashew and delicate white peach followed by some light toast, a hint of honeycomb and spicy oak. The palate possesses good concentration and mouthfeel with flavours of delicate white peach, light citrus and cashew followed by some toasty oak and spice. Clean dry finish. Aftertaste of cashew, toast, spice and a touch of hazelnut."
