"Color: dark; Aromas: spicy; Acidity: supple; Sweetness: dry; Body: firm; Finish: persistent; Overall: well balanced; Give it a half hour to open up. A swirl in the glass and wiff lets you know you are going to enjoy a treat. A perplexing blend of spicy/herbal/woody aromas face you. Take a sip and it enters quietly. Tobacco / woody notes open up on your tongue. They linger increasing to a crescendo after you swallow leaving you with a pleasant aftertaste and desire for another sip. "
