94 points "A brilliant effort that ranks alongside the 2007, the 2010 Chateauneuf du Pape boasts abundant notes of black cherry liqueur interwoven with black currant, blueberry, spring flower, roasted herb, licorice, pepper and bouquet garni characteristics. Full-bodied with good acidity, terrific purity, a fleshy mouthfeel and a long finish, it should be even better in 4-5 years and last for two decades or more. 93-95 Points. International Wine Cellar 93-95pts -- Bright purple. Explosive aromas of black and blue fruits, Indian spices and lavender, with a bright mineral topnote. Fleshy and smooth, with excellent clarity and lift to its black raspberry and mulberry flavors. The floral note repeats on the very long, sweet, focused finish. " Best 2015-2035

93 points "Rock-solid, with a big, winey core of cassis, blackberry paste and crushed fig fruit pushed by smoldering tobacco, juniper, mesquite and warm, bittersweet cocoa notes. The muscular finish has lots of grip in reserve. Best from 2013 through 2024. From France.—J.M." Best 2013-2024

93 points "Tasting Note This is rock-solid, with crushed raspberry, kirsch, juniper and smoked apple wood notes, backed by a broad, plush, spice- and anise-filled finish. Nicely rounded and integrated for the vintage. Drink now through 2021. Score - 93. (James Molesworth, www.winespectator.com, Oct. 15, 2010) " Best 2011-2021
