"Color: pale; Nose: fragrant; Aromas: herbal; Acidity: crisp; Sweetness: dry; Body: medium-bodied; Finish: persistent; Overall: elegant; A lovely, fragrant bone-dry fish wine. The grapes were unusual, giving a nice amount of body and a slightly creamy texture. Difficult to pinpoint flavours - Jen suggested fennel but I'm not sure. Certainly a winner with the salmon and with chevre & brie cheeses."
