"Clear with an aged appearance. Still some depth of colour but thinning out and showing an elderberry colouring. Chocolate, turkish delight, blueberry, cherry and ribena fragrances with plumy cherry, sweet raisin, creamy and smoky hints and nutmeg on the palate. Soft, smooth and silky but still with some acidic structure. Well developed and now in its prime drinking. Very good. "
