For our CASSAGNOLES 2007 (blend of Colombard, Ugni blanc, Gros manseng and Sauvignon)
....smells faintly grassy as well as distinctively saline, and its bracing, invigorating palate presence follows suit. Fresh lime, salt, sage, and pepper make for a plleasingly pungent finish."
