This is one you should get into. It tastes of Heathcote – a combination of gumleaf, sandalwood, and rich thick blackberried fruit flavour – and is nicely structured too, the polish and finish of it impressive from the first mouthful. This is outstanding value and arguably the perfect quaffing red for the cooler months. Drink: 2008-2011. 90 points.
