"Color: bright; Aromas: dried fruit; Sweetness: medium dry; Finish: medium; Wonderful start to the evening. This Champagne is made with a bit of Cognac (according to the tasting room at Frank Family)It was well matched with the cheeses and the Olive Oil dips. It was as good as we recalled from our tasting at the winery and uncharacteristically, all participants liked it alot!"
