Fruit, acidity and structure; it’s all there in the magical 1989 Sori Tildin. This is another immortal, totally seductive wine from Gaja. As always, the Sori Tildin is the most sculpted and nuanced of Gaja’s single-vineyard wines. Anticipated maturity: 2010-2030.
