4.5 stars "Color: pale; Nose: fragrant; Aromas: floral; Acidity: crisp; Sweetness: medium dry; Body: light-bodied; Finish: persistent; Overall: elegant; Had difficulty in extracting cork, which broke. Fine mousse, lively and crisp, sweetish apples & cream, but finish drier. Very refreshing, and excellent with the trout. At only 6.5% this is very quaffable!"
