"Color: bright; Nose: complex; Aromas: sweet; Acidity: supple; Sweetness: sweet; Body: medium-bodied; Finish: persistent; Overall: well balanced; Well worth its gold medal status. Wonderful balance between the rich, honeyed fruit and the freshness of the acidity. Jen remarked on golden plums; I found honeysuckle. Lingered nicely. Not too sweet - no cloying effect, just a well-rounded, satisfying whole."
