"The 2007 Collaboration Series II is a Rhone style blend of 55% Syrah, 25% Grenache, 19% Mourvedre, and 1% Viognier aged in 40% new French oak and made by Ross Michel. It displays a fragrant bouquet of smoked meat, game, incense, lavender, blueberry, and plum leading to a voluptuous, satin-textured wine with loads of flesh, succulent flavors, and enough stuffing to evolve for 2-3 years. It will offer much pleasure through 2022."
