It's quite ripe and flavorful, fleshy and meaty, deeply spicy and minerally and borne on waves of cherry-berry fruit, plum and black currant and blueberry, with enough hints of dried and fresh flowers to lend winsome notes, all this bound in a fairly plush texture.
